Pictures, numbers and van Gogh

The younger one is improving at reading numbers.

And we go the doctor!

There is a big, nice picture hung there. It is a replica of “Wheatfield with Crows” from Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890).

The young one struggles and reads:

“Wheatfield with Crows Vincent van Gogh one thousand eight hundred fifty three minus one thousand eight hundred ninety!

What number is that picture, papa?
